Search engine optimization (SEO) is a powerful online marketing strategy. When you got the top ranking, millions of online searchers can find your products and services.

Many website owners or web design companies consider SEO after finished build the websites. It is not correct. SEO should be considered before build a website. It is the most important part for creating a website. It can help a website success on the cyber space or out of cyber space.

Why search engine optimization is important?

This is the first question for new online marketing. Search engines and directories are the main way of Internet users discovers web sites. Various resources confirm that more than 45 percent of Internet users is using search engine, such as, Google.com, Yahoo.com, and Msn.com to search products and services. It means if your website get top ranking on search engine especially Google.com and Yahoo.com. You will get a lot of traffics.

Three major components for getting top organic search engine optimization.

• Text component
• Link component
• Popularity component

These components can use more than 5 years when I came to search engine optimization industry. I thought I can use whole life, because all of major search engines are using these components to be an algorithm.

I will explain to you in the main idea. What is the function of these components.

1. Text component

• The main idea is create useful content for users, because content is the king
• Add keywords in Title Tag, and ALT Tag
• Using H1, H2, and Bold with keyword in the body
• Keyword density is approximately 7 – 15 percent.

Note: key point

Don't worry too much about keyword density, the key point for getting good ranking is creating useful content for users and add keywords in Title Tag, and ALT Tag. I use this more than 5 years and get good ranking every webstie. 

2. Link component

• Creating link exchange with quality websites (not quantity) that have the same theme of your website, such as, if you website is travel, you can create link with tour, vacation, car, and airline ticket
• Quality websites are websites that can add your link on PageRank 2 or more than PageRank 2 and no more than 50 outbound links.
• Using variety of link texts for creating link exchange 

3. Popularity component

• Creating internal link with in your website.

If you follow these components, you will get ranking with in 7 – 8 months.
