There is good news for search engine optimization. If you search site:your-doamin.com, you can see that supplement results  indicator already gone from search results.

In the past, if your web pages have been supplemented by google.com, it is difficult to get traffic from google.com

The major cause of supplement result is duplicate content. So just write content by yourself; you will not get duplicate content.
